MAPLE SYRUP PIE

1 c maple syrup
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1/2 c water
2 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)

Method:
Cook the above ingredients in the top of a double boiler.  Pour into a baked
pastry shell.  Cover with a merringue made from the egg whites and 4 tbsp
sugar.  Brown lightly in a moderate oven for 10 minutes.
