CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY LAYER BARS
Ingredients:
Base: 1 c. flour
1/4 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. butter

Filling:
1/3 c. raspberry jam
1 c. white chocolate chips
4 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk

Topping:
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter

Method:
1. Grease a 9 in. square pan.
2. Combine flour and icing sugar.
3. Cut in butter until crumbly.
4. Press firmly into pan.
5. Bake at 375 deg. for 15 - 18 minutes.
6. Spread jam on warm crust.
7. Melt white chocolate chips.
8. Beat cream cheese and milk.
9. Add melted chocolate.
10. Spread evenly over jam.
11. Chill for 1 hour.
12. Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat and spread over filling.
