PEANUT BUTTER NANAIMO BARS
Ingredients:
1 (400 g) package Graham Cracker crumbs
1 c. salted peanuts (chopped)
1/2 c. icing sugar
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 (160 ml) can evaporated milk
1/4 c. margarene
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. margarene (second amount)
1 (3 1/2 oz.) package of vanilla instant pudding
3 c. icing sugar (second amount)
1/3 c. milk

Method:
1. Combine crumbs, peanuts and 1/2 c. icing sugar.
2. Melt chocolate, can of evaporated milk, and 1/4 c. margarene over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
3. Add vanilla and mix with crumbs.
4. Press into a 13 x 9 in. pan lined with aluminum foil.
5. Cream together peanut butter and 1/4 c. margarene until light and fluffy.
6. Add pudding powder, icing sugar and milk and beat until fluffy.
7. Spread over base and chill for 15 minutes.
8. Melt 2 tbl. margarene and 4 squares of chocolate and spread on top
9. Chill for 2 hours.
