CHOCOLATE SAUCE
 
2 tbsp cornstarch
2/3 c white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp cocoa
1 3/4 c hot water
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Method:
Combine the cornstarch, sugar, salt and cocoa and add the hot water.  Cook
over low heat, almost constantly stirring until thick and  smooth. Just before
serving add the butter and vanilla.  Serve hot or cold.
