BLUEBERRY TARTS
2 1/4 c flour
3 tbsp icing sugar
2/3 c soft butter
blueberries
apple jelly
whipped cream

Mix the first three ingredients. Press into a large tart tins and bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool and fill shells with fresh blueberries. Heat apple jelly over low heat until melted and pour over berries. Top with whipped cream.
