BLUEBERRY DOG BELLY
Biscuit dough:
3 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
butter the size of an egg
cold water

Sift flour and dry ingredients.  Blend in butter, add enough cold water to make a soft dough.  Roll this out to desired thickness in the shape of a rectangle.  Cover with blueberries and sprinkle well with sugar.  Roll up like a log.  Seal the rolled edge well, using toothpicks if necessary.  Wrap in a cheesecloth and tie ends.  Place in a saucepan of boiling water, with enough water to cover.  Cook on top of stove until done, about 30 to 45 minutes.  Slice and serve warm with thick fresh cream.
