1 lb. humburger
4 hamburger buns
2 tbl.. onion (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mixed herbs
pinch of pepper
1. Place the hamburger, onions and seasonings
into a bowl and mix well.
2. Empty onto a lightly floured board and shape into four 1 inch patties.
3. Cook under a pre-heated hot grill for about eight minutes, turning once.
4. Serve in burger buns with a drizzle of tomato ketchup.
