1 (15 oz.) can of pure pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can of evaporated milk
8 ounces vanilla low fat yogurt
1/4 cup white sugar
1 pint of low fat whipping cream whipped to form peaks
1. Combine condensed milk, half and half
and vanilla in a large bowl.
2. Mix. Freeze for 2 hours.
3. Add fresh fruit if you wish.
4. Beat on medium for 30 seconds.
5. Freeze until firm.
