ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS
1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
2 tsp. melted butter or oil
salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
2. Clean major chunks of strings and pulp off the seeds.
3. Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the melted butter or oil and seasonings
of your choice.
4. Spread pumpkin seeds in a single layer on baking sheet.
5. Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
