1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
12 soda crackers
2 uncooked pie shells
1. Boil water, sugar and cream of tartar. Let cool.
2. Break the crackers into quarters and place in an uncooked pie shell.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
4. Pour liquid mixture over crackers and cover with top pie shell.
5. Bake until crust is golden brown.
